At Our Harley Street Aesthetic Clinic, we believe in a natural augmentation of the face and specialise in natural-looking results. For some patients we provide super conservative treatments, these maintain some movement while softening facial lines.

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure designed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, scarring, acne, skin pigmentation issues, rosacea, and more. During this procedure, an esthetician will puncture the skin with hundreds of fine needles to purposefully cause trauma to the skin. To do this, estheticians will use a small roller-type device or a pen with multiple fine needles. They will roll the device over the affected area and apply serums/lotions afterward to produce the desired effect.
How Does It Work?
In almost all situations, purposefully injuring your skin does more harm than good. However, with microneedling, this is not the case. Microneedling works by traumatizing the skin to produce collagen during the healing process, but not to the point of causing lasting damage. As your skin heals, it fills the small punctured areas with collagen. The effect is satisfactory, smoother, younger-looking skin.
How it works
Botox/Wrinkle relaxation helps
This helps relax muscles that when contracted create lines and wrinkles. The injections are one of the most affordable, fastest working, safe and effective non-surgical ageing treatments available.
During treatment at our comfortable London clinic, this is injected into a defined area. It is diluted and placed in extremely small quantities directly into the muscle fibres that are responsible for the lines that arise during facial expressions.
For example, it can be injected into the forehead, frown lines, crow’s feet and lines around the mouth area. The injections block the stimulus transfer from nerves to muscles, resulting in a relaxing effect that smoothes out wrinkles, lines, and creases.
